Please join us for a special seminar with guest speaker, Dr. Takafumi Gotoh, Professor at Hokkaido University in Japan on Friday, July 17 at 11:00 am.
Dr. Gotoh is an internationally recognized researcher in Wagyu cattle production, and his research examines how maternal and early-life environments influence growth, metabolism, health, and meat quality in beef cattle through fetal programming, neonatal programming, and epigenetic regulation.
